Place : Mont-Saint-Michel (50).
Description : Classified in the world inheritance of UNESCO. The village, established on the mount in 709, developed with the shade of its medieval abbey. In the north of the Saint-Pierre church, the double building called the Wonder is a Gothic architecture wonderfull works. It is built on three levels on a rock side . Currently a high tourist place in France.

Description : Shortly after the triumphal visit of Charles Quint, in 1536, the Pope Paul III charges Michel Ange with arranging Capitole. It is a question to give again a suitable aspect in Rome which had been ransacked 9 years earlier per Charles Quint itself.
Michel Ange carries out this monumental place the purpose of which was principal to express a rupture with old Rome of the Emperors and an opening on the new Rome : that of the Popes.
