Description : Located at 2330 feet (710 m) of altitude, the statue of Christ redeemer dominates Rio de Janeiro; the night, the christ is illuminated. The left arm of Christ points towards the northern zone of Rio. The statue is 125 feet (38 m) high. The Rio Christ, going back to 1931, is due to the collaboration of the French sculptor Paul Landowski and the Brazilian architect Silva Costa.

Characterized by a black graphics on raised white zone of red and blue, typical of the Hourloupe period, the Tower was inaugurated in 1988.
